Tim’s Bio
Tim Fischbach is the Director of Music at First Christian Church where he plays the organ and directs the handbell and voice choirs. After growing up in this congregation he began serving as the organist in 1969. He holds a Music Education degree from Illinois Wesleyan in Bloomington and is active in the Association of Disciples Musicians. In addition to playing music, Tim has been the Church Administrator for the past fifteen years. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Music at Sauk Valley Community College teaching voice and piano and gives voice lessons at the Woodlawn Arts Academy in Sterling. .
